{"id":301,"date":"2023-04-24T13:59:58","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T12:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/postcentral.digitalzest.co.uk\/index.php\/2023\/04\/24\/lamb-leg-steaks-with-rosemary-potatoes\/"},"modified":"2023-04-24T13:59:58","modified_gmt":"2023-04-24T12:59:58","slug":"lamb-leg-steaks-with-rosemary-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/postcentral.digitalzest.co.uk\/index.php\/2023\/04\/24\/lamb-leg-steaks-with-rosemary-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Lamb Leg Steaks with Rosemary Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<div class=\"ArticleBody-module--wrapper--5e116\">\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>Serves 1<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200g new potatoes, halved<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>130g lamb leg steak<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed<\/li>\n<li>2 sprigs rosemary, leaves finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>15g capers<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>40g tenderstem broccoli<\/li>\n<li>40g green beans, trimmed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Boil the potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 8 minutes or until just tender then drain and leave to steam dry in the colander.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a griddle pan over a high heat and rub half of the oil over the lamb steak. Season with a little salt and pepper then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside on a plate and leave to rest.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the remaining oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add the garlic, rosemary, capers and potatoes.
